The League of Women Voters invites you to The Waterfront Restaurant, 128 Front St. So., La Crosse, for our next Lunch and Learn program on October 11^th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Speaker: LWV Wisconsin Executive Director, Debra Cronmiller, will provide an update on the many issues that League work encompasses. Ms. Cronmiller leads the Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition, so current court and legislative efforts on nonpartisan redistricting will be discussed. In addition, we’ll learn more about the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact supported by the state and national LWV, and the growing regional interest in Final Five Voting. These initiatives welcome informed champions who are committed to making a difference in Wisconsin’s electoral system!

Lunch is available for $20, or you can attend for free without ordering lunch.  Register at lwvlacrosse.org/program to reserve your lunch or a Zoom link if you cannot attend in person. Lunches must be reserved and paid for by the end of day Thursday, 10/5, so that we can provide an exact meal count. Pre-paid lunches are nonrefundable. A recording of the program will be posted on our website the day after the live event.
